Macedonian wine and dinner was introduced to close friends from “New Western Cuisine” “China Baking” “StarFund Management” by EasyBest(China) Co.Ltd at Kempinski hotel Beijing Gondola Italian restaurant on 13^th Dec 2013.

Dinner was prepared by Italian chef and his assistant, he is sharing the tips how is Macedonian ingredients and wine should be eaten and matched. He was so amazed how special the food and wine he has worked with. 

The specialty for Macedonian food are Sauerkraut、bell pepper sauce、roasted bell pepper、stuffed cheese pepper, and pickled green chilies, what a spicy appetizer! What a total different experience of other European food.

Candied green figs, you only find them in Macedonia, they are crunchy texture with dark chocolate very good combination.
